Recipe: Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

this vegan alternative to ice cream tastes just like the real thing. no f'in joke.

i'm pretty sure you could trick people into thinking it's regular ice cream if you wanted. because it's oh so healthy, enjoy this "dessert" as breakfast or a snack!


what you need:

2 frozen bananas
1 packet unsweetened acai
2 heaping spoonfuls of almond butter
1 teaspoon raw cacao
1/4C homemade cashew milk (or any nut milk: almond milk, walnut milk, hemp milk...)


what do do:

add all ingredients into vitamix or high-powered blender, slowly adding the nut milk little at a time. you only want to use as much as you need for blades to churn, use blender stick if you have one.

blend until incorporated.

feel free to mix it up by adding fruit, chocolate chips or other toppings.
